POSITION SUMMARY

Follow up with Tour Managers/Tour Directors to ensure on-trip issue forms are submitted asap.

Compile monthly reports as required to support all Quality Improvement efforts. (e.g., NPS and Response Rate reports, Optional Sales Summaries, etc.)
Update Trip Timings (technical itineraries) and prepare draft documents for future year operations to support Director of Operations and Ops Managers in forward preparation.
Collaborate with the Operations Admin team to set up and maintain On-Road staff data across key platforms including TOPS, Airtable, Tropics, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
Post announcements and updates to the On-Road staff channels on Microsoft Teams as needed.
Manage uniform logistics, including ordering and distribution to Contiki on-road staff.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Web Business Analyst will support Uniworld Boutique River Cruises in the migration of its consumer website from Sitecore to the PO1 (Umbraco-based) platform. This includes helping define requirements, coordinate delivery, and ensure the new platform reflects Uniworld's luxury brand experience, personalization goals, and integration with the Longitude booking system.
Beyond the migration, the role will continue to support ongoing website enhancements, digital optimization initiatives, and alignment with TTC's shared technology ecosystem. POSITION SUMMARY
The Travel Coordinator plays a critical role on the Product Build team by enabling the sale and delivery of our trips. Product Build is an essential step in the process where trips are created in our system that enable contracting, costing, pricing, operations and reservations teams to sell our trips both online and in our brochures.

You are responsible for advising internal departments about trips or product rebuilds for transfer of bookings to new updated codes and for Reservations to notify guests of the change.

The Travel Coordinator plays a critical role on the Product Build team by enabling the sale and delivery of our trips. Product Build is an essential step in the process where trips are created in our system that enable contracting, costing, pricing, operations and reservations teams to sell our trips both online and in our brochures.

You will be responsible for building and creating certain contracts, as well as pricing all ad-hoc miscellaneous products, such as transfers, prepaid gratuities, insurance, and pre/post accommodations, which are sold simultaneously with the trips.
You will create ground handler and cruise contracts based on third-party supplier information, accurately interpreting and converting the data through manual calculations to input the contract costs into our system.
You will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of all Airtable bases, updating seasonal trip notes and exception notes for pre/post accommodation hotels to assist Reservations in booking the correct hotels.
You are responsible for advising internal departments about trips or product rebuilds for transfer of bookings to new updated codes and for Reservations to notify guests of the change.
