Usually, travel managers don't need a college education. The most common degree for travel managers is bachelor's degree with 56% graduates, with only 23% travel manager graduates earning associate degree. Travel managers who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or Johnson & Wales University. Some good skills to have in this position include booking, reservations and customer service.
