Work Arrangement Overview:

What You'll Do
Lead MEP coordination using BIM/Virtual Construction tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Drive system integration by resolving clashes, facilitating design reviews and collaborating across teams.
Conduct BIM clash detection and resolution to optimize MEP layouts
Oversee project schedules, design build budgets, and documentation for all MEP scopes.
Manage bid processes, develop scope sheets for MEP systems, and evaluate trade partner deliverables.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP and BIM-related issues.
Facilitate regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders and develop presentations as needed.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
Oversee and coordinate the start-up and commissioning process, including participation in planning and execution.

Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent trade experience.
3+ years of MEP coordination experience, ideally on mission-critical/data center projects.
Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; exposure to BIM 360 or ACC a plus.
Strong understanding of MEP system installation and sequencing.
Experience with commissioning and turnover of large-scale MEP systems.

The Support Agent will collaborate directly with coaches and operations staff from multiple Universities on all multi-level needs.
