As a Functional Consultant at Deloitte Digital, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
You will
+ Help define system and integration architecture, technical requirements, and functional designs (including Business blueprint, flow mapping and business requirements analysis).
+ Create functional designs, process flows, configuration specs, test cases, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
+ Work with the client supporting Discovery & Explore workshops to understand as-is current state, business pain points and confirm business requirements.
+ Build the required CRM functionality within SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environment (aka Cloud for Customer, C4C) to meet the client's requirements.
+ Good understanding of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Cloud and SAP Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud functionality to meet client's end to end CX requirements.
+ Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.
+ Advise on capabilities and solutions of the SAP CX/CRM portfolio for sales automation and customer service processes, and implementation roadmaps.
+ Configure the solution and work with the Development team to design, build, test and deliver identified development objects.

Qualifications
Required
+ 3+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build;
+ 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration;
+ 3+ years of experience in 'Lead to Cash' and 'Customer Service to Field Service' processes;
+ Some experience in SAP FSM and SAP CPQ Cloud solutions
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 to $155,400 .

Position Summary
Esperanza Health Center is seeking a bilingual Social ServiceConsultant (SSC) to join our interdisciplinary care team. Social ServiceConsultants work directly with patients-both in person and by phone-to assess social needs, connect patients to critical community resources, and reduce barriers to care.
This position is grant-funded for an anticipated three-year period, pending final grant approval with continued employment contingent upon ongoing funding availability and organizational needs.
SSCs collaborate closely with medical providers, behavioral health clinicians, and community health staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care addressing social determinants of health in a culturally responsive and holistic manner.
Hourly Rate:
For candidates with their bachelor's and higher: 19.50-22.50/hour
For candidates with their HS Diploma: 17.00-20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with patients in person or by phone to assess social determinants of health and provide culturally appropriate resources
* Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
* Provide limited case management services for an assigned panel of patients living with HIV
* Provide crisis intervention and referrals for patients experiencing domestic violence or child abuse
* Conduct HIV counseling and testing in accordance with established guidelines
* Assist uninsured patients with enrollment in health insurance programs and follow up to address barriers
* Support patients with insurance renewal processes as needed
* Facilitate referrals to Early Intervention and Autism Evaluation services
* Work with children and their families to support linkage to needed resources and assist with navigating the educational system, welfare system, and other external agencies impacting health and well-being
