This project will provide PM FPS and PM GS a multitude of product support activities to include spares, warehousing/kitting management, maintenance, transportation, shipping, fielding, equipment operator training, contractor equipment operators, field support representatives (FSRs), systems sustainment and design engineering, and supplier or total asset visibility management of Integrated Base Defense (IBD) and Force Protection (FP) family of systems (FOS).** **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** **Develop, coordinate, and provide travel plans and programs for all contract employees in accordance with travel policies, procedures, and best practices.** **Organize cost-efficient domestic and international travel itineraries, lodgings, and transportation in collaboration with the traveling teams, customer, and management.** **Communicate pertinent information to employees and customers; resolve any scheduling issues.** **Support and resolve in-progress trip related changes and interruptions in a timely, cost-efficient manner in collaboration with travelers, customer, and management.** **Work with finance and accounting department to ensure that travel arrangements remain within budget; assist with expense reports reconciliation as needed.** **Work with travelers, customer, and management to ensure that travel arrangements comply with customer's travel policies; facilitate obtaining visas, medical records, and other travel documentation.** **Develop reports and update systems with travel information, including planned and actual travel records.** **Track and maintain the travel records utilizing a computer-based tracking system to include obtaining internal and customer travel authorizations and approvals, updating travel tracking systems as required, publishing travel information to defined storage locations, archiving records, coordinating the pickup, storage, and delivery of travel documentation (e.g. passports, visas, etc.).** **Managing the movement of travel plans and records through all tasks from creation through final disposition or archiving, performing records searches as requested by clients, maintaining logs on travel approvals, travel modifications, travel expense reconciliation, and preparing periodic and ad hoc travel reports.** **Prioritize various tasks, interpret specific instructions, and apply creative problem-solving techniques in a variety of situations.** **Perform other duties as assigned.** **Required Qualifications:** **Must possess a High School diploma.** **Must have a minimum of 5 years coordinating and managing complex travel requirements. Experience coordinating deployments to OCONUS and austere locations is required.** **Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance.
