GENERAL PURPOSE: The Adventure Trip Coordinator is responsible for leading and implementing safe and quality off-site programs at a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This role is responsible for assisting with on-site program, as assigned. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the camp team. A primary function of this, and every other job at camp, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ***(Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job)
General Responsibilities
Accountable for the driving and organizational management of off-site trips.
Responsible for the wellbeing of campers and staff during the execution of the program, enacting off-site emergency action plans (EAPs) as needed.
Accountable for the food service during off-site trips, assisting with food preparation prior to a trip as assigned.
Provide and/or support emergency procedures during on-site incidents.
Provide and/or support health and wellness practices inlcuding medication administration during off-site trips.
Provide support as necessary to all operational, program, cabin leadership, and health staff.
Support the work of the site and housekeeping staff as needed.
Program Responsibilities
Direct and implement off-site program for a group of campers and staff during overnight camp sessions.
Assist with the delivery of on-site programming.
Responsible for the care, cleanliness, and daily maintenance of leased vehicles.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Responsible for the care and wellbeing of campers whilst off-site.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Responsible for the leadership, support, and supervision of staff whilst off-site.
Administration
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Work on the development, review, and assist in the creation of daily, weekly, and activity schedules, in cooperation with other staff, based on camp program, camper planning, and camp goals.

About the Opportunity
This role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air, car hotel and ground transportation. Before starting your role, you will participate in three weeks of paid training. This program will boost your knowledge, train you on contract airfares and sharpen your Sabre skills. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
Build rapport and develop a relationship with business travelers to ensure their business travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team of Corporate Travel professionals
Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' needs
Executing all responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger Name Records) and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy throughout
Staying fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and applying this knowledge accurately to all travel arrangements
Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
Keeping clients informed about all necessary travel documents and health requirements for their destinations
Proficiently handling ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving complex international fares
Expertly managing rerouting and exchange processes, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans

In-depth familiarity with current Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
