We are looking for an in-house Travel Coordinator to manage and support all employee, leadership, and production-related travel. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enabling teams through seamless logistics. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing international and domestic travel for employees, executives, and cross-functional teams. You will serve as the central point of contact for all travel logistics, ensuring a smooth, cost-effective, and flexible travel experience.This role requires excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple travel requests while adapting quickly to changing priorities. Responsibilities: Coordinate and book International and Domestic travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa support. Serve as the primary point of contact for all company travel-related requests, changes, and emergencies. Manage travel arrangements for executives, leadership, and cross-functional teams, including creative and production staff. Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel needs with speed and professionalism. Track and reconcile travel spend; provide reports and insights as needed for Finance and leadership. Partner with People Ops, Finance, and Admin teams to support onboarding travel, offsites, company events, and retreats. Maintain accurate and organized records of itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation. Build and manage relationships with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and booking platforms. Continuously improve internal travel processes to increase efficiency, cost savings, and employee experience. Qualifications & Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in travel coordination, executive support, office administration, or a related role. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics, including high-volume, multi-city, and international bookings. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Comfortable handling last-minute changes, urgent travel needs, and shifting deadlines. Proficiency with travel booking platforms and expense management tools. Experience supporting executives or leadership teams. Experience working in tech, media, entertainment, or high-growth startup environments. Proven ability to proactively solve logistical challenges and anticipate travel needs. Experience coordinating travel for large teams, offsites, or company events. Familiarity with frequent travel to and from India, including visa processes, regional airlines, time zones, and cross-cultural considerations.

Plans, recommends, confirms, and adjusts travel reservations and trip logistics for court and judicial staff; arranges ground transportation, and guarantees air and lodging reservations ensuring compliance with the Courts travel policies and procedures; works with 3rd parties including the Judicial Council to book travel and trainings when necessary; and resolves the day-to-day travel issues such as last-minute flight or itinerary changes. 2. Communicates all trip information to travelers; compiles and distributes the trip itinerary with required travel documents; may brief court and judicial staff on proper travel protocol(s). 3. Completes and submits registration and payment for conferences and training for court and judicial staff; works with conference and training venues to confirm receipt of payment and registration. 4. Creates or requests a Travel Training Request (TTR) or Travel Expense Claims (TEC) form from court and judicial staff; calculates related costs, verifies and monitors budget, and obtains appropriate travel approvals. 5. Gathers related receipts and travel documents from staff upon the return to the court; assists with processing claims for reimbursement; and reconciles travel expenses and court credit card. 6. Answers general travel inquiries for court and judicial staff regarding policy, pricing, event location, and routing questions; may locate additional travel options as requested. 7. Creates and prepares correspondence to airlines and hotels regarding travel problems, refunds, and other issues. 8. POSITION SUMMARY The Membership Service Consultant position is responsible for renewing, cross selling, and engaging current LAFC season ticket members. Each Membership Service Consultant has a book of business ranging from 300-400 season ticket members. This role is responsible for providing best-in-class service to their respective accounts to ensure renewals. Service duties include but are not limited to resolving in-game issues, invitations to exclusive member events, and follow-up sales meetings for upgrades or add on to pre-existing plans. This role reports to our Manager, Membership Service. Compensation for this role includes an hourly rate as well as additional opportunities through commission. LAFC is currently operating on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week. Please note that this may vary by role, and your scheduled in-office days are up to the discretion of your supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * In person meetings with respective account members on event and non-event days to ensure membership expectations are being met and fulfilled for all MLS and non-MLS events at BMO Stadium. * Partner with department manager to develop and execute exclusive events for current season ticket members. * Build and maintain positive relationships with respective accounts and members. * Leverage relationships with current account holders to gain referrals resulting in potential new business. * Prospect and execute meetings with influential business leaders in the Greater Los Angeles area. * Responsible for completion of individual metrics set each week by department manager. * Participate in networking and development events - including but not limited to clinics, speaker series, etc. Note some events take place after business hours. * Responsible for ticket and account resolutions and inquiries. SALARY RANGE At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package.
