Essential Accountabilities:
Level I
• Responsible for the implementation of new groups, renewals, and conversion of groups to new product lines.
• Researches, interprets, and responds to inquiries from internal and external customers, business partners, brokers, consultants, and groups concerning our products, services, and policies in accordance with MTM, Corporate Service strategy, NCQA, and legislative requirements.
• Responsible for custom, complicated employer group servicing. Partners with Sales to create and deliver presentations to external customers.
• Manages any de-implementations associated with a complex group that terminates from our portfolio when applicable.
• Reviews all group-facing documents and validates for accuracy. This can include, but is not limited to, benefit summaries, summary plan descriptions, Member Contracts, Group Agreements, etc.

What You'll Do
The Senior Analyst, Billing Integration & Revenue Cycle Systems, will serve as a key liaison between Laboratory Information Systems (Cerner Millennium), Xifin(RCM), and Hospital Billing platforms (including EPIC and RIO). This role ensures that charges, orders, insurance, and demographic data move accurately and efficiently across systems to support timely and compliant billing.
The analyst will lead interface validation, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, support insurance mapping/aliasing, and drive continuous optimization of end‑to‑end billing workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years experience in LIS billing, hospital billing, revenue cycle, or clinical system integration (Cerner, EPIC,RIO, Xifin strongly preferred).
Understanding of HL7 message structures, especially ADT/DFT.
Deep knowledge of Cerner Millennium billing, charge services, and insurance aliasing.
Experience with lab billing and charge capture workflows (CPT, ICD‑10, NPI, modifiers, medical necessity edits).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret billing errors and upstream/downstream impacts.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reference lab billing models (Quest, LabCorp, Sonic) or outreach billing workflows.
Familiarity with claim scrubbers, denial management tools, and revenue integrity audits.
Knowledge of Xifin's billing workflow - Claim process, panel logic, and client billing modules.
