Job Description
Air General, a third-generation, family-owned, national cargo handling company and passenger services provider, is looking for a professional TravelServices Greeter at the George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) Airport.
Greeters act as a ground host/hostess or concierge and is assigned to provide assistance of a specialized nature to specific individuals or groups of travelers. Strong applicants will have prior experience with airlines or travel agencies, superior problem-solving capabilities and be detail-oriented. Since 1961 Air General has gone above and beyond to maintain long-lasting relationships with our employees and our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Create a positive experience to a passenger's trip by being the first to greet the passenger and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
Check in the client using appropriate reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate and collect any appropriate fees
Inform passengers through all aspects of their experience with varying Airlines by communicating appropriate information about their trips and belongings
Collaborate with the internal Coordinator team to ensure passenger information is processed accurately and flights are sent out on time
Listen to passengers and resolve their issues in accordance to company policies and procedures as a result of flight interruptions in a timely and friendly manner
May work with the Baggage Service Office to track the location of baggage and handle passenger questions
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required - college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
Must be able to obtain a valid airport SIDA badge.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must possess some intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post offer drug screens.
Be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Polymer and Pretreatment, the **Technical ServicesConsultant** is responsible for providing application support to sales representatives and clients in product screenings and treatment program selection, being responsible for troubleshooting treatment programs to meet the customer's cost and performance objectives and preparing written trip reports to document recommendations and results and to assist the sales representatives in advancing the selling process.
The ideal candidate for this remote role would be remote in Texas and Louisiana and travel throughout the continental U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week (about 70% of travel).
**What You'll Do**
- Lead Technical Solutions: Provide hands-on application support for advanced wastewater treatment programs, including:
o Advanced oxidation processes
o Solids-liquid separation
o Biological treatment systems
o Heavy metal removal
o Odor control and sludge management
o Strategies for COβ footprint reduction

Utilizing the TRAMS/IAR sales reporting system for travel agents to facilitate the settlement of sales, refunds, exchanges, memos, and Travel Agency Service Fees (TASFs).
Processing voids, refunds, and updating commissions in both IAR and TRAMS systems to ensure accurate financial records.
Correcting exchange tickets in the IAR and TRAMS systems to maintain consistency and accuracy in ticketing information.
Reviewing and reconciling the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) report to identify any missing documents and discrepancies.
Making necessary corrections in TRAMS or the IAR database, or both, until all missing documents and discrepancies are resolved.
Conducting research to determine if Miscellaneous Charge Orders (MCOs) have been used or are still available for use.
Assisting travel agents with researching invoices to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
Providing guidance and support to travel agents in navigating the TRAMS/IAR systems for efficient transaction management.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all sales reporting and reconciliation processes.
Collaborating with other departments to address any issues related to sales reporting and reconciliation.
Continuously monitoring and improving processes within the TRAMS/IAR systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience with IAR and TRAMS is required, demonstrating a strong familiarity with these systems to efficiently manage sales reporting and reconciliation tasks.
A basic understanding of accounting detail and credits is required, ensuring the ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain precise financial records.
Previous travel industry experience is a required, providing a solid foundation in industry-specific practices and standards.
Possess an eye for detail and honed organizational skills, enabling meticulous attention to detail and effective management of multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly commission calculations for independent travel advisors participating in the variable compensation program.
Audits commission calculations and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Tracks, documents, and amends commission payment records as needed.
Serves as the primary point of contact for payroll commission inquiries and research invoice discrepancies.
Maintains and updates commission records and files.
Collaborates with multiples departments to ensure accurate processing of commission payments.
Answers commission and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
