Ensures individuals have all required documentation, orders, and amendments. Administers the local housing move program budget application and computation process. Performs a cost calculation on the move, and enters the estimated cost at the end of the accounting classification. Ensures information provided reflects most current law, regulation and procedure. This position serves as a member of a specialized Performance Improvement team and monitors DCF PPS programs, staff, and provider performance through case reviews to encourage continuous quality improvement. Reviews are initiated through DCF Administration requirements, supervisory requests, identified training deficits and ongoing consultation. This position provides data analysis, recommendations regarding training needs, policy clarifications, regional procedures, ensures compliance through the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS) and IV-E programs, provides data for statewide outcomes, and completes Federal Children and Family service reviews that will include stakeholder interviews. This includes coordinating technical and administrative documentation/reports, obtaining feedback from staff, and visiting providers on site to identify trends, measure compliance, and evaluate performance outcomes.
