**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 1 year experience in tourism, travel, or cruise and tours
+ High-end customer service or sales roles experience
+ Demonstrated ability to provide premium customer service, ideally in a call center or other comparable fast paced, high-volume servicing environment
+ Basic geography knowledge with ability to locate continents, countries, and key travel destinations world-wide
+ Positive attitude and outlook, as demonstrated through a desire to learn, willingness to try new things, resiliency through change and optimism
+ Natural communicator who can demonstrate active listening skills and to adapt conversation to suit the situation and the Card Member's communication style

+ You must have the ability to work nights and weekends as we service our Card Members 24 hours a day / 7 days per week
**Additional Requirements**
+ This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week
+ Flexibility to work anytime between 5:00am-2:00am including weekends

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.05 hourly bonus benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a Travel Consent Coordinator with travel responsibilities to support patient enrollment efforts across skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses primarily on obtaining consent from patients' families or responsible parties for applicable Medicare programs, while also traveling on-site to facilities to support provider workflows and ensure smooth patient coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable traveling to support operational needs in the field.
ResponsibilitiesConsent Coordination & Enrollment
Place daily outbound calls to patients' families, NOKs, or responsible parties to explain applicable Medicare programs, benefits, and eligibility.
Clearly articulate program goals and patient benefits in a professional and compassionate manner.
Obtain and document verbal or written consent in compliance with CMS and company protocols.
Accurately document call outcomes and maintain detailed records in designated systems.
Meet or exceed a conversion rate goal of ≥60% of successfully connected calls.
Conduct follow-up calls as needed when families request additional time or information.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely enrollment and onboarding.
Respond professionally to questions or concerns and escalate complex inquiries appropriately.
Participate in required training sessions, audits, and team meetings.
Office Coordination & Support
Maintain a well-stocked breakroom and common areas, including ordering and managing snacks, coffee, and supplies.
Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating name badges and desk assignments.
Monitor and assist with employee time and attendance tracking using EMPEON or similar platforms.
Act as a liaison between leadership and staff for general office needs or support tasks.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Travel & On-Site Support
Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned.
Coordinate with designated facility contacts to support daily workflows.
Assist providers by facilitating consult logistics using a tablet-based system.
Ensure patients scheduled for consults are prepared and available.
Support operational and clinical coordination as needed (non-clinical duties only).
Maintain professionalism and adaptability in fast-paced, facility-based environments.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfort with frequent travel, including short-notice assignments.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or healthcare systems.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong ownership of responsibilities.
