Create and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Utilize PC-based software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Arrange and support meetings, anticipate information requirements, and prepare materials as requested. Track and follow up on action items and projects resulting from meetings to ensure deadlines and schedules are met. Assist in developing and improving office procedures and practices.
