File 3 rd party reservations and back-up any corporate account & sales reservation inquiries Post advance deposits on all prepaid reservations. Process 800 number reservations with use of Daily Reservations Report Process and research travel agency commissions Monitor duplicate booking reservations and remove from system Monitor FIT mailbox & 3 rd party channels via extranet Create and maintain transient room block to ensure all reservations have correct billing, and all necessary information Take reservation calls from customers and OmniRez agents requesting on property assistance or any other calls pertaining to guestroom reservations Detail package reservations with appropriate notes and maintain Dynamic packages and MyUpgrades Respond to guest calls in a timely manner. Work cooperatively with front office, accounting, loyalty and other hotel departments to ensure accurate reservation details. Main Contact for day-to-day reservation related needs of our Business Travel accounts including reservations requests, VIP's, amenities, and general traveler needs. Review daily reservation reports and proactivelytake action to ensure a positive pre-arrival experience Business Travel account administrative support including managing the account list, preparing rate agreements, and auditing negotiated rates. Proactively monitor and report inventory concerns. Stay current with hotel amenities, services and events. Ensure an efficient and professional working environment with open communication. Perrom any other duties as required by management Qualifications Previous hotel experience in a Reservations, Front Office, Sales and Marketing or Accounting environment is preferred. Highly developed customer service skills; possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to engage guests at all levels. Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities. Must possess the ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure at all times. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking to guests.
