put management in place that is focused on rebuilding the culture. focus on encouraging, growing, respecting and supporting your employees

The first start I was happy with this job easy but after three weeks store manager show attitude and cut my hours just me and when she came back of vacation and had nice hair cut I'de told her nice your herculean and she did in one time twice ridup me and told me you are so rude .and i'de saw all employe stop talkd with me she told them nobody talked with beacuse she dosnot fier me she wants I do quit. I'de never see same her so moody and etc.....
