Pros of working at TravelCenters of America

The dress code is fairly lax.

Cons of working at TravelCenters of America

- unfair pay & opportunities , predatory management, below-living wage pay, unhealthy & disgusting work place, toxic management & work culture. The "discount" (20%) doesn't even cover the convenience upcharge of the items. They'll work you like a dog until you literally faint on the job in my coworkers case, they fired her shortly after for not being able to come in even with the doctors note.

TravelCenters of America benefits

The only good benefit is the 63% food discount that you get once a shift.
