Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Qualifications * 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. * Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. * Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. * Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. * Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. * Property and Casualty License required after hire.
