Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily clinical operations within an ambulatory surgery center Coordinate patient flow, staffing assignments, and unit workflow Provide direct patient care as needed and support perioperative nursing activities Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and surgical teams Ensure compliance with patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Support staff development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and promote efficient use of resources Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills-Recent acute care, perioperative, surgical, or ASC nursing experience Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Ability to work full-time day shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 years direct patient care nursing experience Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
