Team Communications Coordinator Summary: We are hiring a Sports Team Communications Coordinator to join our growing customer service team in Southfield, MI. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 1-3+ years of prior customer service, hospitality, event planning, or call center experience. This position entails managing multiple methods of customer service communication (emails, texts, and calls). As a Team Communications Coordinator, individuals serve as a middleman in the flow of communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the group hotel room block selection process.
