Nick Bray joined Sophos as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Nick worked in the technology sector for 17 years and has 12 years of experience as a plc board member. He has extensive international operational skills combined with significant experience of working with analysts, investors, brokers, bankers and advisors in both the US and UK. Nick led teams that successfully acquired and integrated eight companies. Before joining our team, Nick was Group CFO at Micro Focus International plc, where he spent over four years as a member of its senior management team. Previously, Nick held Group CFO roles at Fibernet Group plc and Gentia Software plc, as well as senior financial positions at Comshare Inc. and Lotus Software.

Tom Kershaw presides over all aspects of product development, platform strategy and operations, and product design, plus oversight of Magnite’s engineering capabilities. He held the same position at Rubicon Project prior to its merger with Telaria to form Magnite.

Tom’s past experience includes Director of Product Management for Google Ads and Commerce in Asia-Pacific, where he oversaw the company’s advertising product portfolio for the region. At Google, he managed the local Product teams and coordinated local advertising activities and product development efforts. He also led technical development and business planning for the Shanghai development team for both buy- and sell-side businesses. Tom was also PM Director for Google Cloud Platform, including working in Storage, Big Data, Networking and Security/Privacy areas. Prior to Google, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Database services at Ericsson’s Iconectiv business unit, and held executive positions at VeriSign, Clarent Corporation, Unisys, and was Chief Technical Officer of SS8 Networks, a telecom and internet services company.

Tom is also the Founder and Chairman of prebid.org, the advertising industry’s key forum for open source software, standards and collaboration between buyers and sellers. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University and Masters Degrees from the University of London and the London School of Economics.
