I cannot say that they're are any pros to working a Teleport I work to third shift it was the shift that I wanted because I had everything going on. And it was too bad I was in the shop and I'm very experience mechanic they made you feel like you are second right I wouldn't matter because I found a company that supported me well.
Teleport was probably the worst company I work for the management was crooked and deceptive and conniving it was a family of people that were working on trucks all related and a few of them I found to be selling drugs right out of the back of the shop. They stole tools anything they wanted to broke into toolboxes on everybody else but themselves they would jump on work orders just so they could grab the good jobs very poor place to work very bad way to run a shop I will never recommend anymore to work at travelport I will remind them what a poor experience it was
The only thing I did like about working here was that there was a restaurant and I could eat at the restaurant on my break
I don't know anything about him but it was evident to me that he allowed all the indiscrepancies that happen.
International has a well proven record of how to organize a shop and how to keep mechanics so does Peterbilt and so does Kenworth
I presented myself as a will rounded mechanic and that's what I am
Travel board was probably the worst place I ever worked
The management wouldn't even ever want to hear about these things
Knowing that the job that you do matters to management and to the customer of the vehicle and that you're well compensated for it
