Our Environmental Sector delivers comprehensive environmental solutions to meet the full project lifecycle needs of clients in renewable energy, oil - gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams in the country, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects.
POSITION SUMMARY
TRC is seeking a Service Team Leader (STL) to lead TRC-s Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) Services within a specified geographic region of the country. The selected PSM/RMP STL will work collaboratively with other PSM/RMP STLs and the National Director of EHS Services to lead the technical development, work practices/standards/tools, strategic growth, marketing materials, key client account expansion, and execution of PSM - RMP Services.
This individual may work from varied locations in the upper-mid-West (Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Minnesota, etc)
Responsibilities
* Technical/regulatory leader for the Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services within a specified geographic region.
* Develops, implements, and maintains a strategy and execution plan for delivering Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services to our key client/ targeted new client growth account program.
* Establishes, maintains, and improves upon our branding, marketing, and sales materials for the delivery of Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services.
* Supports our Communications and Marketing Team-s activities regarding digital media campaigns and website content for Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services.
* Establishes, maintains, and improves work standards, practices, and tools for the efficient delivery, thoroughness, and quality of Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services.
* Mentors and coaches project managers and project consultants for growth and delivery of Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services as part of a national delivery platform.
* Project and Client Specific Activities may include:
* Performing Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Facility Siting Analysis
* Conduct/lead PSM and RMP compliance audits to evaluate applicability and conformance with applicable PSM and RMP requirements.
* Establishing management system design, development, and implementation to specific standards to manage and control EHS risks.
* Developing and implementing written PSM - RMP programs (e.g., employee training, PHAs, operating procedures, mechanical integrity, etc.).
* Developing and supporting PSM - RMP training program content.
* Performing project management, oversight, and coordination.
* Managing and growing client relationships.
* Preparing client deliverables.
* Mentoring project team members.
* Traveling to client sites as needed.
* Working with client account managers and account teams to meet client expectations and increase services provided to the client.
* Assisting a variety of industrial operations including power, chemical, food - beverage, aerospace, forest products, rail transportation, oil - gas, retail, etc.
Qualifications
* Professional or technical degree in engineering, safety, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* 7+ years of providing consulting services related to Process Safety Management, Risk Management Planning, Enforcement Activities, and related Regulatory Requirements for industrial and commercial clients.
* Requires strong experience with OSHA-s Process Safety Management (PSM) Standards (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA-s Chemical Accident Prevention Program (40 CFR 68).
* Requires previous consulting experience with an existing client base and 3+ years direct responsibility for managing and growing existing accounts and prospecting for new clients related to PSM and RMP Standards.
* Proven track record with successful marketing, business development, business management and oversight of regional and/or national businesses.
* Strong communications and technical skills both written and oral.
* Work as a team player to support our national service platform.
* Interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees.
* Ability to carry equipment up to 40 lbs.
* Ability to work in an industrial environment, climb ladders, and stairs.
* Be able to wear a respirator, and other safety equipment as needed.
* Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
* Certified Professional Process Safety Auditor.
* Experience with anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems.
* Knowledgeable of common industry standards for facilities subject to PSM and RMP standards (e.g., API standards, International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR), Chlorine Institute, etc.).
* Project management experience.
* Preferred skills include experience performing and processing: (1) process hazard analysis (PHA); (2) layer of protection analysis (LOPA); (3) process safety information (PSI); (4) compliance program design and development; (5) compliance auditing; (6) management system design, development, and implementation; (7) performing off-site consequence analysis; (8) facility siting analysis; (9) knowledgeable of the API standards for process and pipeline operations; etc.
In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $90K-$155K. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

The DERMS Solution Architect (SA) is a key resource in solution implementation and system integration projects within the Digital Grid Solutions utility practice of TRC. Conducts a range of trade-specific inspections on elevators, escalators, mechanized walkways, and/or other lift machinery, verifying that the operation, construction, retrofit, or repair work in the field is performed in accordance with applicable code requirements, drawings, plans, specifications and contract documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs trade specific code and/ or Quality Control inspections on various phases/ aspects of elevator/ lift Detect possible defects and faults in equipment installations, maintenance, or operation and recommend or stipulate appropriate remedial measures per Jurisdictional requirements.
Accurately reads, interprets, and comprehends equipment operation and installation plans and instructions.
Utilizes standard testing devices and methods to ensure equipment operation meets established requirements.
Consistently applies code requirements and related standards in accordance with state, local, and national regulations and department policies.
Effectively coordinates work schedules with elevator service companies/ technicians to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Works cooperatively with property managers, service companies, and the general public.
Conducts all work operations in accordance with established safety practices, ensuring all work is completed without hazard to self or others.
Qualifications

Education/Experience
Possession of current QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) certification; four (4) years experience in the elevator industry performing elevator inspections, service, repairs, and or testing of elevator systems. Education in the engineering discipline may be substituted for two years of field experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the following:
The methods and practices involved in installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of electric and hydraulic elevators, escalators and moving walks
Fundamental mechanical and electrical principles as they apply to elevators and similar controls
Stages of construction when possible violations and defects may most easily be observed and corrected
Application of the American National Standard Safety Code for Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving Walks as referenced and amended in the Construction Code, as well as jurisdictional requirements.
Ability to use graphic instructions such as blueprints, schematic drawings and layouts, and comprehend and make inferences from written materials and code documents.
Work Environment
An employee in this position typically works in an industrial field environment, with daily exposure to operating machinery. Office time is limited.

We are seeking Outage Management System (OMS) Applications Sr. Engineer with experience with the OMS system, including direct experience with configuring SOM, Field Mobility, and associated modules to join our TRC Digital team.

We have broad capabilities for IT/OT project delivery while being highly specialized to meet the needs of each individual client. We are the trusted advisor and implementation partner for electric and gas utilities undergoing digital transformation and can offer deep experience across utility OT systems.
The OMS Applications Sr. Engineer will be an essential part of our team to grow our Engineering practice in the Operational Technology and Control Systems domain.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for working directly on OMS configurations including SOM, Crew Management, ETRs, Field Mobility, and other OMS related modules.
* Attend and actively participate in workshops related to OMS.
* Contribute to building requirements, project planning, ensuring all technical dependencies related to OMS are accounted for.
* Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and support planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and cutover phases for OMS systems.
* Provide design documentation as needed for the OMS, SOM, and Field Mobility solutions, as part of the overall project.
* Conduct system and acceptance testing with end customers to ensure functionality and compliance.
* Assist with solutioning to integrate third-party systems effectively.
* Responsible to troubleshoot complex issues and work with technical experts across various domains to resolve challenges.
* Travel to customer sites to deliver, test, and integrate systems directly with customers.
Qualifications
* 5-10 years of experience working directly on the OMS systems and associated modules.
* Above experience must include knowledge of products from at least one of the major ADMS/OMS vendors, such as GE, AspenTech/OSI, ABB, Schneider Electric, or Oracle NMS.
* Proven experience supporting critical operational or information technology systems.
* Knowledge of most OMS processes and modules, including outage management, dispatching, switching, field mobility, and the integrations coming in and out of OMS.
* Understanding of the ADMS platform and how it is incorporated with the OMS solutions and modules.
* Familiarity with Distribution Control Center operations and experience working with Operators and Dispatchers.
* Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
* Solid OT systems background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across complex systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Willingness to travel, averaging 25%.
