Overview
TRC has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager with our Air Measurement Services (AMS) Practice. This position may be based out of our Austin, Houston, Albuquerque or Baton Rouge offices.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - TASKS
* Perform air emission tests using Federal, State or Local stack test methods.
* Prepare proposals, test protocols and reports
* Collect samples at locations that may require working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
* Manage project financial performance, including invoicing
* Manage client relationships and project execution
* Lead teams in the field
* Successfully complete all required annual safety training.
* Conduct data analysis and interpretation

* BS in related science or engineering field or equivalent work history, with a minimum of five years stack testing experience

* Knowledge of Federal Regulations (40 CFR parts 51, 60, 63, and 75) and EPA quality assurance and guidance documents
* QI certification in Groups I, II and III

Overview
Senior estimator for Engineering and Construction - Position will have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining an estimating database of costs and equipment used in power related transmission and distribution projects for both engineering and construction work. With an established database the estimator supports the development of project and programs estimates for proposed and approved projects. They also assist in developing and tracking detailed bid packages for equipment and construction contracts. Maintain and update TRC estimate qualifications, initiate FATRC registrations and monitor client bid requests for various practices in the Energy Sector. This position will work closely with project controls and senior management staff to support the development and production of high-quality estimates.

* Use of CAD software and ability to draft and post process survey data. AutoCAD & Trimble TBC preferred,
* Produce finished survey deliverables including but not limited to base mapping, topographic and contour data, ALTA, boundary & utility surveys.
* Provide calculation and plotting of deeds, plans and survey documentation.
* Produce survey exhibits, plans, plats and other drafting.

SUMMARY: The Regional Quality Manager is a member of the Corporate Quality and Compliance team, responsible for successful management, oversight, and support of quality performance and activities across multiple offices within the assigned Region. This role is expected to oversee implementations necessary to ensure inspection, laboratory, and customer service provided by CTD offices are in accordance with business needs of the Division and in conformance with the Company and Division's Quality Management System (QMS). When not on-site or travelling for business needs, the RQM may have the flexibility to work from a home office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be designated based on the business requirements.
* Provide leadership and support to assigned Region, to satisfy and exceed Company, customer, industry and regulatory standards and requirements critical to success and excellence in business.
* Accountable for quality performance of assigned Region including KPIs related to Statistical Quality Control, Proficiency Testing Programs, Internal/External Audits, Corrective Action, Laboratory and Inspection Training and Competency, and Regulatory Compliance.
* Key point of contact for escalation of quality-related issues which cannot be addressed at the local level.
* Assist in and/or conduct root cause analysis/investigations to resolve complaints, discrepancies, nonconformances or other concerns with corrective actions that are efficient, impactful, and sustainable.
* Review existing operations and processes for risks and opportunities, contributing to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the QMS and business overall.
* Collaborate with regional and zone quality peers to harmonize best practices across the organization, as applicable.
* Champion organizational continuous improvement through company frameworks (e.g. Excellence@BV, Lean4Labs)
* Conceptualize and develop quality training programs/modules and deliver training as required.

Overview
We are currently seeking mutiple Survey Party Chiefs to join our Survey Division.
In this role you can expect to manage, instruct, and train a survey crew of 1 -5 people, including but not limited to assigning and monitoring work and providing evaluations. Complete surveying for boundary and topographic, ALTA, GPS, hydrographic and control surveys. Work with construction plans and providing surveying for large, fast paced commercial projects. Perform 90% of work in the field and may be conducted outside in various conditions.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of survey equipment used on job site and assist with training others when practical
* Prepare field sketches/drawings and high-quality field notes, including level notes, for each project in accordance with company and general survey standards
* Assemble all instruments and measuring devices needed to complete various types of survey work assignments. Accurately run and adjust survey-measuring instruments including level, transit, theodolite, electronic measuring devices and total stations with electronic data collecting capabilities
* Ensures that the proper equipment is loaded, and batteries charged for the next assignment
* Performs mathematical calculations

* Understanding of basic sources of measurement errors

The Title Agent, under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, possesses an excellent working knowledge of all right of way disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, documentation. He/she is very knowledgeable about property valuation, survey drawings and alignments sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
* Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.

Risk and Reliability Engineer Bureau Veritas North America is seeking a Risk and Reliability Engineer to market, sell and execute early-stage project technical advisory services for energy projects in North
America primarily within the oil and gas industry with special attention within hydrogen and
new energies. This role will be a "seller-doer" position.
The Risk and Reliability Engineer role will include feasibility studies, design review,
and risk, reliability and safety analysis for facilities and production plants such as
downstream O&G, LNG facilities, and hydrogen facilities among other energy related
fields. The incumbent will collaborate closely with our Vice-President of Business
Development for Energy and Operations Directors.
The Risk and Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating
risks associated with complex systems to enhance reliability and performance. This role
involves serving as a technical advisor and implementing strategies for risk management
and reliability engineering, conducting failure analysis, and
ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in reliability engineering, risk assessment, and data analysis, with a proven
ability to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with other experts within the BV network to identify opportunities,
propose technical solutions and deliver risk and reliability engineering services.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and
vulnerabilities in complex systems. Develop and implement risk mitigation
strategies to enhance system reliability and safety.
* Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to
identify and address the underlying causes of system failures.
* Recommend corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
* Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to predict failure
rates, optimize maintenance schedules, and enhance operational efficiency. Apply
quantitative risk analysis (QRA) to inform risk management decisions.
* Develop and oversee asset integrity management programs to ensure compliance
with industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct safety and hazard analysis (HAZOP) sessions to identify potential safety
risks. Implement controls and procedures to reduce incident rates and ensure a
safe working environment.
* Provide technical sales support through customer meetings and proposal
management, preparation & review of opportunities.
* Identify and coordinate the development of additional BVNAM services offerings to
fully maximize BVNAM's engagement with the client - communicate with
sales and operations professionals in different operating groups.
* Expand BVNAM's current capability to deliver new methods of minimizing and
mitigating our customers' risks.
* Collect design and analysis data from customers and assemble it into assumptions
and inputs into analysis models.
* Perform analysis (using software programs as necessary) on the appropriate models
utilizing Phast consequence analysis software or CFD software platforms.
* Clearly communicate the analysis results through both in-person presentations and
written reports.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

* Coordinates closely with the BV global technical centers and global business line.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, chemical, or related).
* 5+ years of experience in risk & reliability work with familiarity of failure modes
and criticality analysis (FMECA), reliability availability and maintainability
(RAM) analysis, hazard identification / hazard operability studies (HAZID /
HAZOP), quantitative risk analysis (QRA), safety integrity level (SIL)
assessments, risk-based inspections (RBI), and similar.
* Experience with downstream oil and gas, LNG, hydrogen or other new
energy projects preferred.
* Proficiency with Phast consequence analysis software or CFD
software platforms.
* Strong communication skills to deliver analysis results to people with varying
technical backgrounds and make appropriate recommendations as needed.
* Project management capability to direct and participate in projects with numerous
consultants and deliverables.
* Ability and willingness to travel within the US and abroad.
* Ability to work well in a team with a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities
