Responsibilities
The Title Agent, under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, possesses an excellent working knowledge of all right of way disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, documentation. He/she is very knowledgeable about property valuation, survey drawings and alignments sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
* Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
* While maintaining the ROW price policy, negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor or as required by project documents and the acquisition policy.
* Assist in the development of a construction line from the conditions and/or restrictions placed on the ROW by the landowner and/or tenant.
* Maintain a detailed diary containing the facts of each contact for every property owner and tenant on a project and prepare a detailed weekly activity report.

TRC's National Energy Siting and Permitting Practice is seeking to grow our successful transmission and renewables siting and permitting practice. As part of our growth, TRC is seeking an experienced Senior Siting Specialist to participate in business development efforts and lead the development, permitting, and regulatory strategy for complex energy infrastructure projects requiring certification by the state Public Utility Commission's (PUCs), with preference given for the Ohio Power Siting Board process.
This senior-level role will serve as a technical lead and client liaison, guiding projects through the routing and siting process following PUC requirements from pre-application planning to post-certification compliance. Candidates interested should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a range of sectors including power generation and transmission, oil and gas, energy project siting, environmental review, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong working knowledge of the State Administrative Code requirements and related federal/state permitting frameworks. The role will include leading the preparation and support of CPCN Applications to the PUCs, and have familiarity with ecological, cultural and stormwater permitting protocols and requirements. Candidates should be familiar with Ohio and surrounding states and their regulations related to transmission siting, have experience working with tribes, federal and state agencies and understand the NEPA processes related to these agencies. Candidates should also have a basic knowledge of GIS, broad knowledge of the permitting and construction issues unique to electric transmission projects, be able to use that knowledge to conduct route selection studies, be familiar with basic mapping (e.g., USGS topographic maps and digital aerial photographs), and have good written and oral communication skills.

* Work as part of TRC's siting team on existing and new projects, applying our well tested transmission routing protocols, data management and processing, and report preparation.
* Lead PUC certificate applications, amendment filings, and compliance documentation for major transmission, power generation, and natural gas pipeline projects.
* Develop permitting strategies that integrate technical, environmental, and stakeholder considerations to achieve project approvals efficiently.
* Interpret and apply PUC rules and procedures, guiding clients through all phases of certification.
Technical Oversight
* Direct preparation of route and site selection studies, environmental impact assessments, and supporting documentation.

The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) manages large projects and proposals of high risk and significant complexity for the Power Delivery, Transmission and Substation and System Studies practices in the Energy Sector.

Responsibilities
The Sr. ROW Agent, under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, possesses an excellent working knowledge of all right of way disciplines; title, permitting, acquisition, documentation. He/she is very knowledgeable about property valuation, survey drawings and alignments sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
* Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
* While maintaining the ROW price policy, negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor or as required by project documents and the acquisition policy. Assist in the development of a construction line from the conditions and/or restrictions placed on the ROW by the landowner and/or tenant.
* Maintain a detailed diary containing the facts of each contact for every property owner and tenant on a project and prepare a detailed weekly activity report.
* Maintain a detailed log of all payments
* Negotiate Damage Settlements as required
* Support all construction activities as required
* Document all ROW activities as required
* Adhere to project Safety Plan
Qualifications
Associates Degree preferred or relevant experience
SR/WA or other IRWA Designation Notary Public
Experience is required in work related to right of way or real estate services provided to public organizations. Broad knowledge of procedures used to acquire real property interests for public utility/infrastructure projects including condemnation. Knowledgeable with laws and regulations involving real estate transactions and Eminent Domain.

Overview
The successful candidate will have the ability to assist and lead the design and development of roadway design tasks and plan preparation. Responsibilities
* Perform detailed design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems. This work includes the preparation of field notes, drawings, specifications, and design estimates. Possess an analytical competence to interact with variety of individuals including engineers and experienced distribution system designers.
* Acquire a working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), national engineering standards, utility constructions standards, and best industry engineering practices.
* Acquire broad knowledge of engineering disciplines, including design and constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved
* Maintains production and quality of projects, including field data, photographs, engineering analysis, reports, various departmental reports and databases, including file management of all documents and records as instructed by departmental guidelines
* Preparation and modification of electrical and roadway drawings, specifications, calculations, charts & graphs, and construction drawing packages
