Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a SR PLANNER/SCHEDULER to join our dynamic team in our on-site Cape Canaveral, FL office. Most of the work will be completed on-site at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Provide technical support and execution of project controls and scheduling functions for project using Deltek VantagePoint. This position includes assisting the Project Manager in the development of project plans, Critical Path Method (CPM) compliance in accordance with client contract documents, accuracy validation of subcontract vendor schedules, including progress and schedule logic conflict management. Forecasting, diagnosing, and planning workarounds and other project tracking needs.
Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain schedules.
Develop and maintain all project schedules and coordinate schedules with the client.
Support the project in the compiling of multiple subproject schedules to establish the status of work on a weekly basis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other ad hoc reporting as required by the contract, requested by the Project Manager.
Support the project with day-to-day administration of the project, including financial control, reporting, monitoring.
Provide earned value progress and performance reporting for the project.
Validate variance analysis.
Develop and maintain all manpower loading for projects in Deltek.
Maintain project Closeout Tracker on real-time basis.
Report out project schedule status in staff meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field. Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience with Primavera (P6) is required. It is used on a regular basis for this role.
8 or more years of work experience in project controls and scheduling with 5+ years on large scale projects
5+ years of experience with earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement approaches for construction phases of work
Experience with Deltek Acumen software is preferred
Financial Analysis experience
5 or more years of experience (demonstration of proficiency) in administering project schedules
Experience with directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, cost loaded schedules, and risk analysis.
Experience with the MS Office Suite - Specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point Communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the project team.

Overview
As a Senior Process Piping Engineer, you will lead the design of piping systems for launch sites, test stands, and manufacturing, processing, and support facilities. This includes (but is not limited to) sizing tanks, compressors, pumps, pressure regulators, control valves, vaporizers, heat exchangers, filters and strainers, separators, knockout tanks, phase separators, accumulators, pressure relief devices, vent systems, and manifolds. Your Impact:
Experienced in the design of roadways for FDOT (or other DOT clients) with the ability to oversee and assist in analyses, developing calculations, develop of technical reports and preparing contract documents (PS&E) in accordance with state and local agency requirements
Working within a team of roadway engineers in the preparation of pre-design and design as well as contract documents for transportation projects
Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scope
Who you are:
BSCE is required.
PE required
Candidate may report in-office or hybrid. Florida resident preferred.
4-8 years of demonstrated experience in roadway design and plan preparation on transportation projects for DOT clients. FDOT experience is a plus
Experience in design software. Experience in Microstation and OpenRoads designer is a plus
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Technical writing ability to prepare engineering reports is a plus.
Experience with highway geometrics, intersection design and layout, estimates and quantity development is a plus.

TRC Worldwide Engineering is currently seeking a Structural Engineer to manage structural projects. Structures will be commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and other similar types of construction. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Oversee and manage the design of a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction in medium- and high-rise building construction types.
Oversee construction administration activities on projects, including RFI responses and submittal reviews, and attend site visits when required.
Provide high level structural design knowledge and expertise to project and peer review activities.
Manage the full project lifecycle from scope development in proposal phase to construction completion. Work directly with clients and other design disciplines to ensure project goals are being met throughout the project life.
Delegate project work to international engineering and drafting teams, and collaboratively work with those teams to meet project completion goals.
Work collaboratively with other engineers in the Florida Structural Group to share professional knowledge and to balance work among resources across different offices.
Mentor junior engineers with both technical and professional knowledge gained from experience.
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S degree a plus, emphasis on structures
Florida PE
Minimum of 10 years experience in design of multi-story buildings at structural consulting firm(s)
Experience managing projects and clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in design using engineering software such as ETABS, RISA, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, EnerCalc.
Experience in Autocad and Revit drafting is a plus
