The Casino Host is responsible for promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid level and high limit guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing an environment creating excitement for internal and external guests, promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid-=-level and high limit guests. Develop and establish relationships with guests to encourage property loyalty, repeat visits and guest satisfaction. Establish and expand player database by creating special guest functions, services and activities. Communicates and develops close relationships with all departmental managers acting as a liaison between the guest and the casino.
Responsible for managing a player list to ensure guest satisfaction using both verbal and written communication. Circulates casino floor meeting new guests and greeting familiar guests by name.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all property and community activities, promotions and special events. Actively assists in promoting all events, activities and promotions to both internal and external guests.
Responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests, focusing on Acquisition, Retention, Growth and Reactivation.
Responsible for developing, coordinating and promoting programs to attract high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures including, but not limited to, attendance, comps, hotel reservations, events, transportation, phone and email.
Understands and assists in monitoring department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to maximize profits.
Maintain an active role in on-property and off-property Player Development. Communicates with all guest service departments to develop and implement strategies and programs to increase the market for new and existing high-limit guests.
Assist both table and slot personnel in player identification.
Accurately prepares all daily/weekly departmental paperwork and is responsible to ensure all contact with internal and external guests is professional, correct and represents the casino with the highest integrity.
Provides quality players with hospitality arrangements and complimentaries, including food, lodging, retail, transportation and off property events or benefits.
Projects a positive customer service image at all times.
Adheres to strong confidentiality standards for both internal and external guests.
Responsible for resolving problems in a professional manner.
Ability to receive and properly handle customer comments and complaints; demonstrating appropriate dispute resolution skills.
Responsible for performing other duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Must have - or be able to obtain - a Mississippi Gaming License.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Player Development hosting or comparable position.
Must be proficient in Patron Management Systems, Hotel Management Systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be customer service oriented with strong written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
Must work well with diverse groups of people.
Must have knowledge of slot and table operations, casino policies and procedures, casino floor layout and all events and promotions.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Able to work independently with limited supervision and still meet deadlines.
Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work long hours, nights and weekends.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
The following activities are normally required to perform the functions: stand, walk, sit, read, verbal and written communication, math and organizational skills, flexible work schedule, unlimited travel including driving and adapting to different climates and time zones. Must also be able to work in areas that contain second hand smoke.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stewards are an essential part of every kitchen as they maintain the kitchen cleanliness and ensure that the buffet is stocked with clean plates, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and any other items needed to provide our guests with the best dining experience possible.
Although crewmembers are assigned specific stations, every crewmember is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen.
The dish pit is responsible for washing all plates, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, crab buckets and utensils.
Responsible for sweeping and mopping the floors (throughout and at the end of their shift.
Maintain all handwashing stations with proper hand towels and soaps.
Responsible for washing all pots, pans and anything too large to fit through the dishwasher, changing sanitation buckets every 2 hours.
Keep up with all trash and boxes throughout shift.
Safe operation of fryer oil collection.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning equipment, coolers and freezers, washing ceiling tiles, dusting FOH TVs, scrubbing walls or any other special project that needs to be completed.
Break down dish machine and clean throughout your shift as needed.
Complete any additional duties designated by Manager, Supervisor, or Chef on duty.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED. Able to operate various office equipment. Lift up to 40 pounds in weight.

Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and
departmental standards including but not limited to:
Changing bed linens
Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
Dusting hard surfaces
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.
Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
Other duties as assigned by management.
*Effective 1.1.2026 - $1000.00 hire-on incentive will be paid out as follows: $500 after 90-days of continuous employment, $500 after 180-days of continuous employment, and $500 after one-year of continuous employment. Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department during assigned shift.

Provide security, safety, and protection for guests, employees, and property and
company assets.
Patrolling through the property (nongaming attractions, back of the house areas,
hotel areas, gaming areas, and outdoor areas) by means of standing, walking,
driving a motorized vehicle, or by riding a bicycle looking for disturbances, illegal
activity, or safety hazards and take appropriate action when needed.
Participate in personnel-related matters including but not limited to: training,
coaching, counseling, and evaluating.
Supervise, perform and respond to normal or emergency duties requiring moderate
to strenuous physical exertion.
Assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary.
Ensure personnel follow and equally and fairly enforce approved procedures and
policy.
Respond to all major crimes, incidents, unusual occurrences, in addition to the
assigned security officer.
Perform investigations related to incidents (criminal, medical, accidents,
complaints, and missing property) and produce a comprehensive incident report on
the subject if required. Assist Officers with their investigations when needed to
insure all documentation is acquired for the report.
Administer disciplinary action when needed

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience working within the casino security office or
a combination of law enforcement and/or supervisory experience required.
Must meet requirements of a Security Officer.
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
Other physical requirements include but are not limited to: lifting, reaching,
kneeling, bending, and episodes of moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
