Greets guests as they enter and exit.
Always smile and have a pleasant facial expression when in view of guests.
Be hospitable, courteous, and helpful with our guests at all times.
Follow the rotation at all times unless a guest requests a specific table.
Process payments, take drink orders, and walk the guests to their table.
Process all receipts and paperwork properly.
Responsible for all cash transactions at beginning and end of shift.
Verifies all coupons & comps for dates and verifies comps.
Answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner.
Roll silverware at the end of the shift or as needed.
Always wear nonslip footwear.
Perform any other duties requested by the Sous Chef, Supervisors, or Manager.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary languages of the work location. Knowledge of the sequence of service and buffet procedures, generally involving one year minimum, as a bus person. Must be customer orientated.
