Under the direction of the Lab Manager, the lab analyst will perform routine wine and juice analysis on both fermenting and finished wines. They will also calibrate equipment, troubleshoot data, manage workflow, enter data into online databases (LIMS and BIMS), help train harvest interns, and work on special projects as needed. This position requires the ability to follow directions safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. The Cellar Logistic Coordinator is responsible for accurate management, organization, and tracking of all inventory within the winery's cellar. This includes raw materials, food additives, clarification agents, and chemicals. The specialist ensures that all materials are properly documented, stored, rotated, and readily available in alignment with production schedules, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. In addition to inventory control, this role is responsible for initiating purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels and support uninterrupted cellar and production operations. The Cellar Logistic Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the cellar, production, and winemaking teams by maintaining real-time inventory accuracy, facilitating smooth material flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for initiating purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders in JDE.
