THE OBJECTIVE OF TASC IS TO EFFECTIVELY TREAT SUBSTANCE ABUSE TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF ABUSE AND ITS RELATED PROBLEMS, AND TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING URINALYSIS, DRUG TESTING, DIAGNOSIS, OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, MONITORING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. IN 2018, APPROXIMATELY 103,000 RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA, TEXAS, AND UTAH WERE SERVED.
