Frank Roth is a President, FP Capital at FP Transitions; Advisor To Chief Executive Officer at Tredence Inc; and Advisor To Chief Executive Officer at Tact.ai and is based in Portland Oregon Area. He has worked as RB Financial Services - Board Member at RITCHIE BROS AUCTIONEERS INC, Chief Marketing Officer (Security Group) at GENERAL ELECTRIC CO, and Customer Retention Leader (GE Capital) at GE Capital. Frank attended Parkway South High School between 1980 and 1983 and Neeley School of Business between 1983 and 1987.

Sumit Mehra, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads Tredence’s product development, long-term technology vision and is responsible for the Tredence research labs, advanced technology capabilities development, and industry thought leadership. He also leads the technical community within Tredence.

Prior to co-founding Tredence in 2013, Sumit worked as a Lead Architect at Frontline Consulting Systems - a global consulting company specializing in Business Intelligence and Master Data Solutions. At Frontline, he led multiple client engagements to provide them with Master Data Solutions involving complex data sources. Before Frontline, he led the Business Intelligence initiative for CashEdge Inc., which is now part of Fiserv. The company provided the underlying engine for account-to-account transfers to large financial institutions. Sumit holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT-BHU, India.

Shashank Dubey is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Tredence. He offers more than 13 years of research and consulting experience in applied mathematics and analytics. He has provided analytics consulting across multiple industries - retail, telecom, technology, online marketplace, airline and healthcare.

Shashank leverages a unique mix of business consulting and advanced analytics experience to provide actionable insights to Fortune 500 businesses. Prior to co-founding Tredence, he held senior executive positions in a leading data analytics company.

Shashank holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor in Engineering from IIT Madras, India.

Girish Pai is the Chief Customer Officer at Tredence. With 25 years of experience in the consulting and startup space, he specializes in defining and implementing business growth strategies. At Tredence, Girish is responsible for bringing a customer-obsessed mindset and business impact-focused approach to establish and deepen strategic, long-term partnerships across Tredence’s client portfolio.

Girish joined Tredence from Shopalyst, where he headed the American and European business, and previously he co-founded Idea Booth, a digital strategy agency. He also worked at Infosys for 16 years, contributing to company’s exponential growth. During this period, he rose to the position of Executive Partner and Vice President.

Girish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, and an MBA degree from Chicago Booth.

Harish is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tredence. He is responsible for global operations and client delivery for the company.

With a successful professional career spanning over 25 years, Harish Gudi has been a global leader, incubator, and a true executioner of engagements, initiatives, and corporate strategies. Harish has gained invaluable and multi-faceted experience at global and growth-oriented firms like HPCL, Mu-Sigma & Infosys.

He has worked in client relationship roles for Fortune 100 organizations, managed and delivered large and complex BI and analytics programs by building teams from scratch and has advised clients on next-generation data-driven decision-making as a global business consulting partner.

Morgan is a versatile analytics and product leader and has served as a trusted advisor to over 65% of the Fortune 500 fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retailers and manufacturers. He joins Engage3 from Nielsen where he served as Managing Director of their US Analytics Business Unit. Morgan led Nielsen’s analytics portfolio that included revenue management, assortment optimization and shopper analytics.

Prior to his six years at Nielsen, Morgan led Trade Strategy and Insights at The Coca-Cola Company, served as a pricing practice area lead with Kantar Retail, and led shopper insights programs with Cannondale Associates. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Williams College.
