Role / Title
The Maintenance Manager will direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. Provides direction to the operation and maintenance of the Utilities (Air, Steam, Water, Electrical, Nitrogen, Ammonia, etc.) and Wastewater facilities to assure they meet production demands
Shares Best Maintenance Practices with other Kraft Heinz maintenance professionals by participating in semi-annual forums and establishing contacts for regular communication
Ensure parts availability in the MRO stockroom to minimize equipment downtime while balancing economic maintenance inventory management
Assist with evaluating reliability, utility, facility, production and packaging needs for Capital Equipment
Oversee and lead the implementation of the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) system and operational standards as outlined in the factory's QRMP accountability list

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; focus in Engineering or related technical field highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the process equipment to establish a clean environment for producing and packaging quality products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Packaging Machine Operator, under the general supervision, is responsible for the safe, efficient and continuous operation of snack packaging machinery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains shift documentation (i.e., Metal Detector and Batch Order Verifications)
Reads production schedule and plans accordingly.
Reads and interprets schedule in MicroStrategy.
Able to print labels on different printers, choosing correct program for each printer; move eye and clean printers.
Perform nitrogen testing.
Efficiently maintains the operation of packaging machinery by monitoring codes, dates and prices.
Maintains an adequate supply of roll stock and ensures all packaging materials are available for each machine.
Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
Writes and/or edits machine micro logic as needed to maintain an efficient and low waste operation.
Creating and modifying code dates.
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. Sets up and makes minor scale repairs and adjustments.
Perform span calibration and/or adjustments on scales, adjust scales linkages so it opens and shuts correctly, make minor adjustments to formers.
Efficiently operates packaging equipment which may include case sealers and robot cells. This includes but is not limited to: machine setups, troubleshooting, changeovers, proper running, procedural adjustments, sanitation cleanup, preventative maintenance and shutdown.
Properly plans ahead for machine changeovers and efficiently changing from one product item to another.
Monitors and adjusts each machine to ensure proper cut off of film and bags have proper end seals and back seals as required.
Ensures machines are running at standard speeds.
Monitors product appearance and adheres to weight control program.
Identifies and resolves packaged product quality issues.
Properly accounts for product run off and handles this product accordingly; sorts through and reworks all good product
Keeps machines and work areas clean, wipes packaging machines off and blows down area when required to do so.
Immediately reports any maintenance problems to appropriate technician and/or supervisor.
Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.
Stores supplies in designated areas.
Keeps work area aisles/exits clear and free from obstruction; removes trash from work area floor.
Follows instructions for safe lifting/carrying of various sizes, shapes and weights; identifies/reports issues with equipment; reports all job-related injuries to supervision.
May maintain shift documentation (i.e., Metal Detector and Batch Order Verifications).
May provide leadership and direction to packers.
May be qualified to perform as Back-up Packaging Coordinator, or other technical/skilled position.

This position is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the daily and weekly activities within the Processing area. This position must supervise specific areas of the Conversion Department, assess process needs, and take appropriate steps to address the needs. This person will develop a team of processing operators and controls while coordinating the entire manufacturing process from beginning to end. While coordinating this process, Processing Team Leader will strive to achieve the KPI's set by the Plant Manager in terms of safety, quality, cost, and delivery! The Class E Processing Team Leader must demonstrate leadership ability, outstanding social skills, clear oral and written communication skills, and a strong solid understanding of plant production process policies. This employee must be flexible and able to work extended hours to provide plant coverage whenever vital.
Primary Role and Responsibilities
Understands the manufacturing processes and interactions between the different processing functions and recognizes optimization potentials
Supports the Supervisor and Business Unit Manager in all decisions
Coordinate operators according to interpersonal needs considering specific job requirements, individual competencies and cost
Facilitates the use of reliefs during breaks for the individual processing jobs and act as a relief when necessary
Initiates corrective actions as appropriate and inform Supervisor of any deviation/variation from production plan, quality, safety, and cost goals
Ensures the rules of safety, product quality, hygiene (GMP, HACCP, and ISO) are followed
Identifies training needs of operators and participate in the development of training initiatives (cross-training)
Ensures all production data is entered and correctly followed up in relation to individual processing functions. Post production results, consumption data in SAP (direct issue)
Ensures the safety of all employees working in or around area of responsibility
Addresses and resolves all issues within the area
Participates in start-up and hand-off meetings at the start and end of shift
Ensures all processing equipment as well as facilities are properly cleaned and sanitized daily in accordance with Kraft Heinz Sanitation Procedures and Quality Expectation Standards
Communicates and resolves shift emergencies when appropriate (i.e. call-ins, safety issues)
Enters work notifications and perform appropriate follow-up
Provides feedback to fellow employees with follow-up regarding all aspects of the cream cheese process
Ensures compliance to all plant rules and policies
Support plant Quality Systems
Actively participates in the continuous improvement process
Participates in CI work groups within the processing area as well as across the plant
Reports any technical issues related to equipment and automation
Invites operators to continuously strive for improvements in regards to safety, quality, cost and delivery!
Organizes/lead meetings with operators such as Green Rooms and CI meetings
Includes other departments (maintenance, engineering, quality) for problem solving and improvements

The Maintenance Line Mechanic position is responsible for the operation of plant production lines to achieve the target line efficiency and provide direction to the employees working on those lines. The employee should be familiar with all production equipment to the extent that they can make adjustments, repairs, and perform routine maintenance on the lines. The employee supervises all areas within their process to ensure that a quality product is produced to supply customer demands in a safe working environment. The employee awarded this position should be flexible and able to work extended hours and/or weekend work as vital to cover business needs as well as some adjustment to shift/hours.
Primary Role and Responsibilities
Make sure compliance with all company policies, safety rules and GMP's!
Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to employees in all phases of line processes; including production, sanitation, maintenance and quality
Responsible for routine repairs and on-line adjustments
Responsible for daily inspection checklists of equipment in assigned area
Assist in accident investigations as needed
Be the leaders in modifications to machines, methods, or processes, which will result in efficient, lower cost, quality production
Write necessary maintenance work orders for improvements beyond scope of expertise, such as electrical and utilities
Monitor, understand, and assist in all operations of the process on a continued basis to increase production, minimize downtime, and ensure product quality
Perform required line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns
Lubricate line equipment according to standard operating methods and frequencies
Build/update routine preventative maintenance plans in SAP and monitor maintenance performance measures
Perform major overhauls as needed
Perform PM01, PM02, and Work Orders as scheduled
Continuously improve various maintenance related skills
Continuously acquire new skills as technology changes
Maintain a solid understanding of mechanical resources available, to include Vendors, Engineers, Outside Technicians/Authorities
Provide break coverage for employees when required
Coordinate, update and maintain Bill of Materials in SAP and storeroom future state
Acquire vital information to complete order form for needed parts
Ensure the accurate packaging supplies are available for the shift
Complete time entry in Line Technician Schedule Log
Communicate all relevant information to Supervisor and Line Technician on the following shift
Use plant data systems, emails, and Tech bulletins
Participate in recycling effort
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in maintenance shop and packaging lines
Must hold valid Fork Truck License
Conduct effective Green Room Meetings as assigned
Perform all other duties as assigned by management or required by business needs
Must progress through the Line Mechanic progress program to advance to Maintenance Class IV - Line Mechanic
Support Plant Quality Systems
Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP's and other daily/job specific duties to support QRMP.
