First Brands Group is looking for a Digital Asset Analyst. Role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distribution of product images. This position will collaborate closely with our US based catalog, product management, and sales teams to execute these job duties.

Primary responsibilities involve taking product images and editing files prior to loading them into our Digital Asset Management system.

This Position reports to:
Senior Tax Manager
In this role you will be responsible for federal income tax compliance and provision in the corporate tax department in United States, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all federal tax returns and adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will prepare tax compliance, tax provisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
This is a hybrid role based in the Cary, NC office (#LI-Hybrid).
Your role and responsibilities:
* Supports tax department with preparation, payment, filing and processing of federal income tax returns, quarterly estimates, extensions, and supporting workpapers
* Prepares and calculates quarterly and annual federal income tax provision
* Collaborates with external service providers to collect information for research and development tax credits
* Prepare responses for audit information requests and notices, perform preliminary review of audit reports, and assist in modeling audit outcome scenarios
* Periodically assists with State and International quarterly and annual provision, income tax filings, estimates, and other filings as required
Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in accounting or finance) required
* Master's degree in taxation preferred
* 2+ years' relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate environment
* Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills required
* Must be detail-oriented, organized and demonstrate initiative to follow projects through completion
* Ability to work effectively with others and participate in team environment
* SAP experience preferred, but not required

ABB is searching for an Indirect Tax Analyst to support our Corporate Functions and Tax Department largely focused on the execution of indirect tax and compliance. In this role you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities:
Shareholder Relationship:
· Develop and nurture relationships with the family shareholder group, being the trusted advisor to our shareholders.
· Establish meaningful rapport, gaining the shareholders' confidence by obtaining intimate knowledge of their lives and objectives to anticipate and respond to their various needs, both individually and through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Tax Planning:
· Oversee the income and estate tax planning for all family members and related entities including the development of long-term tax strategies.
· Coordinate with external tax advisors to identify and implement tax planning strategies that meet family goals.
· Continuously monitor tax rules and regulations and proactively identify potential issues and planning opportunities
· Advise on philanthropic giving strategies to optimize tax benefits and align with long-term family objectives
Trust Returns:
· Manage compliance ensuring timely completion of federal and state income tax returns, timely review and approval of returns, payment and filing as re-quired.
· Manage compliance for state and local taxes ensuring timely completion, re-view, approval, payment and filing as required
· Prepare initial draft trust returns using K-1's provided by external tax provider, 75+ trust returns per year due by October 15th.
Corporate Function:
· Develop a tax calendar and monitoring process for all taxes ensuring timely submission and filing of extensions as applicable.
· Prepare internal memorandum, external written correspondence, and other documents to IRS and various state and local tax authorities as well as IDEAL leadership.
· Track and interpret relevant legislative developments, providing timely insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams
Shareholder Payments:
· Oversee quarterly cash payments for Tax and Equity distributions, both calculating and collaborating with external partners to execute payments to trusts and shareholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
· CPA preferred
· 7+ years of experience in trust and estate accounting and finance with focus on family preferred
· Extensive and proven experience in tax services in high net worth and trusts
· Ability to communicate complexity in a simplified manner while maintaining the integrity of the underlying tax principles
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated responsiveness to shareholders, colleagues, and management

Tax Analyst/Sr Analyst - Houston, TX

Purpose:
Assist in the execution of income tax and sales and use tax compliance for multiple Tenaris entities operating in the U.S. Prepare US federal and state income tax returns, assist with sales and use tax analysis, income tax provision, and other tax accounting activities. Collaborate with other Tenaris departments, tax service providers, auditors, and US and Global management teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparation of income tax accounting and calculating tax provisions under IFRS and Managerial accounting standards for US Tenaris entities.
* Provide technical assistance to other functional areas requiring tax support for project analysis, tax exemptions and general tax questions.
* Research changes in tax practices, policies, and procedures as required by new tax developments, legislation, and/or changes in business operations.
* Assist in pulling sales and use tax reports, analyzing and reconciling the data on a monthly basis in preparation for our sales and use tax filings
* Assist in reviewing weekly tax issues on Book of Records and provide a tax determination code for Accounts Payable to proceed with processing pending invoices.
* Prepare U.S. federal and state income/franchise tax returns, sales and use tax returns and all tax return workpapers.
* Assist in defending the U.S. Tenaris entities during income tax audits by preparing responses to information document requests and questions from auditors and/or external advisors.
* Compliance with SOX controls and internal controls specific to the corporate tax functions.
* Maintain tax records and assist Managers with other multifunctional duties as needed.

* Tax candidate with 3 - 5 years of income tax compliance and accounting experience.
* B.S. in Accounting

AZZ has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Tax Analyst at our Fort Worth Texas corporate office. Reporting to the Director of Tax you are responsible for complex projects associated with sales and use tax, property tax, reconciliations, research and planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review and supervise sales and use tax return preparation.
Teach and mentor sales and use tax staff, answer questions, manage timelines and due dates.
Communicate and coordinate with accounts payable and receivable and plant personnel.
Complete sales tax registrations, manage exemption certificates, and ongoing support for business partners staying up to date on changing laws and regulations.
Handle and communicate with state and local governments on all external sales and use tax audits for multiple states, as well as home-rule cities and parishes (CO and LA) including data gathering, documentation, and communication. Also handle all Canadian/ Provincial tax audits.
Lead various sales and use tax departmental projects.
Proficient with sales and use tax software and technologies.
Consult on sales tax implications for business decisions such as nexus determinations, taxability, and exemption opportunities. Review Canadian sales/GST/VAT tax reports.
Analyze purchases and prepare monthly use tax accruals.
Research sales tax issues and questions using Bloomberg.
Prepare monthly tax reconciliations for all indirect tax accounts.
Manage and coordinate with property tax consultants in the completion of real and business property renditions.
Review property tax spreadsheets with parcels and payments.
Oversee all property tax audits for state, local and county municipalities.
Provide written communication on completed tax audits stating facts and findings of the audit for company executives.
Manage all tax notices from government agencies.
Prepare and file all account closings with state and local governments to assist with entity dissolutions.
Assist team with other miscellaneous tax projects such as state apportionment and foreign source income spreadsheets.
Assist Legal with all FEIN setups for new companies and maintain FEINs in legal entity spreadsheet.
Prepare W9's for all companies, suppliers.
Maintain tax calendar for tax team.
Prepare all business licenses, tax registrations and any SOS annual reports for all acquisitions and/or existing companies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in indirect tax, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
2+ years of public accounting experience
preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in financial reporting systems and ERP software; advanced Excel skills.
