Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.
Essential Functions:
Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic
Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same.
Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
Assist in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.
Provide reports as requested.
Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required.
Reviews, signs, and dates all appropriate documentation required.
Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
Reports patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
Participates in all staff meetings
Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Summary:
A Registered Respiratory Therapist provides advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary disorders and critical illnesses. They independently assess, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including those in intensive care units and emergency situations. RRTs work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver life-saving therapies and patient-centered care.

Examine and interview patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders
Perform diagnostic tests, such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples
Treat patients through various methods including chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications
Set up and monitor equipment to ensure the patient is receiving the correct amount of oxygen at the correct rate
Observe and record patient status and progress
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care
Educate patients and/or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of RRT practice

Summary:
The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamic data, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The technologist operates specialized imaging equipment, maintains sterile technique, and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. This position requires technical expertise in cardiovascular procedures, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Essential Work Functions:
Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems, ensuring proper functionality
Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup, ensuring adherence to infection control and procedural protocols
Perform sheath removal and hemostasis using manual compression or closure devices as directed
Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs
Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of sterile instruments and medications
Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring proper use of lead aprons, shields, and dosimeters

Quad Martinsburg, WV is hiring a Full-Time Building Maintenance Mechanic. This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the boiler and solvent recovery systems to keep them in safe operating condition at all times. This includes boilers and their support equipment, solvent recovery from press to the adsorbers, water treatment equipment (boilers and cooling towers), chillers, pumps, air compressors, low pressure air blowers, vacuum pumps, and the fire suppression system.
The new hire will perform skilled mechanical maintenance work for a variety of systems with the primary responsibility being for boiler and solvent recovery systems. To contribute to the overall success of the department the operator will need to perform the following duties as well as others that are deemed necessary to maintain the operation. The position requires the operator to be able to perform the job responsibilities safety, efficiently, in accordance with DNR and EPA guidelines and regulations, and with minimal supervision.
Boiler operation: Operate, adjust, shutdown and start-up equipment without supervision.
Perform water testing and chemical treatment for boilers and cooling towers.
Repair pumps & piping, repack valves and replace seals.
Keep equipment logs up to date.
Operate, maintain and control plant HPA, LPA and vacuum equipment.
Operate, maintain and control solvent recovery systems.
Generate reports for the EPA.
Operate and control the chilled water for plant chiller operation.
Monitor the fire protection system for the facility.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or GED
Completion of a maintenance program through a technical school is desirable.
State license or certification desirable, but not currently required for systems in operation.
Experience/Skills
Previous experience with building support systems a plus, including boilers, de-aerators, pumps, water softeners, reverse osmosis units, water treatment equipment, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, LPA blowers, vacuum pumps, and HVAC equipment
Operation of equipment in solvent recovery including absorbers, condensers, decanters, exhaust analyzers, fans, cooling towers, water and solvent pumps also a plus but willing to train.
Must be able to contribute to team efforts
Must be able to complete a variety of duties, on schedule, while maintaining employer's standards of safety and cleanliness
Must demonstrate good oral, written, reading, and computer skills for effective communication and record keeping
Should have the ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve
Willing to train skills necessary to perform job functions to the qualified applicant
Physical Requirements
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders up to heights of 20 feet.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
