Position Summary:

Your day-to-day
Design and develop software using a variety of languages, primarily Python, with little external guidance, while providing technical leadership to guide other software engineers on the team

Drive improvements to auto-renew, manual renewals, upgrade paths, and win-back flows.
Support end-to-end renewal touchpoints including email journeys, in-product notifications, checkout flows, and pricing strategies.
Partner with Customer Service and Operations to resolve renewal friction points (billing issues, failed payments, expired cards, etc.).
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce churn.
Provide insights to Pricing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with regional regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital sales, renewals, ecommerce, or subscription management.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience working with BI tools, CRM systems, or subscription platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Threat Hunting Research team. This role is critical in maintaining and developing cutting-edge tools for threat detection, vulnerability research, and security intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong software development skills with an interest in cybersecurity, helping us build and enhance platforms that identify and analyze emerging threats. You will play a key role in integrating AI capabilities into our security workflows and developing scalable solutions for our growing threat hunting team.
Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Maintenance
Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and dashboards for threat hunting and vulnerability research workflows
Build and enhance internal tools for automated vulnerability discovery, triage, and analysis
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support security tool integration and data exchange
Create intuitive user interfaces for security analysts to interact with threat intelligence data and research findings
AI Integration & Innovation
Implement AI/ML capabilities into existing security tools and workflows to enhance threat detection and analysis
Develop interfaces for Large Language Model (LLM) integration to assist with vulnerability assessment and threat intelligence correlation
Build automated pipelines for processing and analyzing security data using AI-enhanced methodologies
Collaborate on the development of intelligent systems for prioritizing and triaging security findings
Security Tool Development
Maintain and extend vulnerability scanning and assessment frameworks
Develop proof-of-concept tools and automation scripts for security research

Technical Operations

Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development

About the Role
We are seeking a proven people leader to manage a high-performing presales team of Enterprise Security Advisors and Architects-former practitioners and consultants in Data Security-who deliver customer-facing executive workshops and act as 'field CISO' advisors. Key Responsibilities
