Job Description
SCANNER ASSOCIATE
JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Scan Team uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
Search products online
Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
Correct and complete information for each item
Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available to work onsite Monday - Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
Must be comfortable with web and browser-based software (Google/Amazon)
Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
Must be tech savvy
Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Our drivers work out of our Butler County, Ohio offices in Hamilton, Middletown, or Oxford. All our driving positions start at $20.00 per hour with annual merit based raises. Already have transit experience or passenger transportation experience? With verified proof of employment within the last 10 years, your starting pay could be as high as $24.60 per hour! We provide 14% retirement match, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, short term disability, life insurance, and up to 29 paid days off your first year!
You will drive our 35' coaches and 25 passenger cutaways. Our drivers work anywhere from 35 to 40+ hours per week with paid training. We operate up to 23 hours per day, Monday through Sunday. We have a schedule for you!
