This is a seasonal full-time position with the possibility to convert to permanent full-time based on business demands and personal attendance & performance. Hours: Thursday - Saturday 6pm - 6am, with hours added per business needs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, regularly move/lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Frequent twisting, reaching, and bending are required Must be able to read, comprehend and speak English Due to the environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold. Duties (vary by assigned cell) but include: Operating digital direct to garment ink printing equipment Using pick lists to determine style, color, size, and quantity Quality check of finished product and maintaining a clean and safe work area in which assignment is given. Preform end of production duties such as preparing/packaging the merchandise for shipment Pick merchandise with accuracy on style, color, size and quantity Count, stock & organize inventory. Replenish stock bins when necessary Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Previous print experience is desired for Operator role but not required. Light industrial environment experience desired but not required.
