Position Summary: The Intensive Care Registered Nurse at the Clinical Nurse II (CN II) level is a vital part of the ICU team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications: Qualifications RN Experience/Transitional RN Program: * Experience Requirement * Experienced ICU RN: Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit, required. * Transitional RN Program: Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient Telemetry Unit, Progressive Care Unit or equivalent Step-down Critical Care Unit. * Critical Care Curriculum: Successful Completion during Program * Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex cases. As a destination center for higher level of Neuro-Surgical Trauma care in Southern California, NST ICU implements progressive programs and therapies.
