It is expected you will take ownership of the company's efforts in the market segment in an assigned geographic area, that you will be assigned. The Sales Account Territory Manager will act as a consultant to clients offering a variety of solutions, in all cases helping them connect with their customers to build loyalty and grow revenue - it's a critical part of our own customer satisfaction strategy. This will not only apply to truck sales but also to aftermarket and service products.
Job Responsibilities:
· Sold Quota Attainment - Achieve the assigned total sold quota for target customers, competitive and non-users.
· Marketing of sales of all equipment and services offered by the company.
· Create New accounts and maintain existing account base.
· Conduct equipment fleet audits as required, and surveys as needed to make an informed decision for the customer.
· Sales Activity Reporting - Ensure the timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage of approved sales automation tools - i.e., CRM.
· Quote management - Represent the company in a professional manner, personally develop and present proposals to customers to aid in the sale of equipment and aftermarket services.
· Sales Execution - Based on direction established by customer marketing and the Corporate Sales Manager, executes sales contacts based on campaign requirements, sales leads, and other sales execution requirements.
· Personal Development & Training - Take personal accountability to complete all assigned training, certification, and personal development requirements as required.
· Participate in all sales training and meetings.

Reefer Mechanic will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the Fleet road equipment including tractor, trailer, thermo-king, converter dolly and maintenance vehicles. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician. TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications.
Must be willing to travel and attend training provided by US Foods.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to reefer equipment repairs.
Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must furnish own personal hand tools.
Ability to read and understand technical and online service manuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Operate Sheetfed Press - Operate assigned equipment within Company safety standards to finish printed products according to customer specifications. Continually monitor supply levels of raw materials and add as needed.
Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and perform visual quality checks of the product throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed during the job. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.
Required Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of Lead Sheetfed Operator experience in the packaging/printing field.
Experience with Heidelberg XL 105 or XL106 with UV is preferred, but we will consider all operators with Sheetfed experience.
Must have an understanding of color, and the ability to pass a color test is required.
Must have strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (8-hour shift), use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.
Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with overtime and holidays as required (OT paid over 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:
The Evisceration Trainer provides On the Job (OTJ) teaching/training and ensures production associates have the knowledge, skills and abilities required to be a successful employee of Butterball. Trainers act as mentors to associates, provide guidance, and support, which will help associates develop the skills and abilities required to be successful.

Responsibilities:
Perform pre-operational inspections, complete sponges and swabs in the RTE environment. Perform HACCP record reviews and direct observations. Complete product cuttings. Assess, investigate, and correct issues. Product failure and FM investigations.
