Pros of working at Tri Pointe Group

Stress free, people are very kind and toxicity is not prevalent in the office. You get to be apart of a big picture and see what’s happening in the housing scene all around you. The vacation and paternity leave options are great!

Cons of working at Tri Pointe Group

You can feel like a seat warmer most of the day. If youre done with tasks or follow ups, you have to stay here. Most of my tasks are computer or on site tasks. The sites I manage are right next to my house, but the office is 1.5 hours away. It’s a weird concept I’ve been struggling to accept. Also, if you get a cell phone or auto allowance, you have to submit an expense report every month for them, it’s not automatic.

Tri Pointe Group benefits

Half Day Fridays are great.
