Good company culture, room for growth, steady and consistent income and hours, nice office, relaxed company atmosphere

Cons of working at TRI SOURCE BPO

Raises and bonuses could and should be higher, especially for long term employees with a demonstrated track record.

401k with 4% company match (after 6 months continuous employment), great team leaders, interesting work and hours that I personally prefer (ie 6am-2:30 vs 9-5 etc)

What do you like best about TRI SOURCE BPO's CEO and the leadership team?

Matt, the CEO, is a very nice man and good businessman. The upper management in general are highly competent and more importantly the team leaders who operate the day to day operations of the campaigns are very solid.

How would you improve TRI SOURCE BPO's culture?

I would consider raising the pay marginally and offering slightly higher bonuses etc for high performing and consistent employees who have worked to distinguish themselves.

How did you prepare for the TRI SOURCE BPO interview?

I wore a suit and a tie, I arrived early and I came with a printed out and well formed copy of my resume

How does your compensation at TRI SOURCE BPO compare to the industry average?

I believe the pay could and should be marginally higher for longer term lower level employees with demonstrated records of company faithfulness and skill. More emphasis should be placed on customer feedback vs QA; the balance should matter more
