What Do You Like About Working There?

I worked for them for 8 years, I was the lead, they hired a BS in electrical engineering, who couldn't differentiate a fuse and a diode, they took his recommendations over mine (28yrs pwr semiconductors) I had to give a detailed report Before they were satisfied the results were viable. Intern had to prove nothing on "paper"

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

it takes forever to get a resolve complete. I submitted a 3 part upgrade, minimal time and Below cost, I was "trumped" for a submital for 40K cost. Coworkers WILL take your Ideas AND WORK, Supervisor is Placid and Placient, they Look the Other way , Or Refute a Tenured complaints, hide the Sale of COOP property for the benefit of the site and or employees ,endorse sexual domination o cleaning crews, Endorse PRIVATE group meetings to "resolve" previous employees, The END LINE will say Termination REGARDLESS of what you said to the COMPANY HR MANAGER and Wrote it down!!!!!!!!!!!
