Dr. A. L. Rao is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience mainly in the IT industry. He has been a pioneer in leading the transformation of Wipro from a start-up to a highly respected global firm. During his 30 years association with Wipro, he has held responsibilities that spanned various business units, CIO and CTO functions as well as sales and operations across Japan and China geographies. He assumed the position of the COO in 2005 and retired as an Advisor to Wipro in 2009. Dr. Rao started his career at Electronic Corporation of India (ECIL) and was associated with the development of operating systems and compilers. He has driven several successful initiatives, serving in leadership roles throughout his career. Among other accomplishments are his keynote speech at the 2nd World Congress on Software Quality and his guest speeches at Project Management Conferences held in Japan and the US. Dr. Rao is also an advisor to a number of IT services companies and serves as the President of Sri Sri University, Odisha. As the Chief Mentor and Head of IT Services at Trianz, Dr. Rao is responsible for overseeing the IT operations across the organization and mentoring the Practice Heads. Dr. Rao holds a Master of Science Degree and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Andhra University, India. He is also a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering for distinguished contribution to computer science and engineering

Vivek Sambasivam is a Director - Technology Solutions at Trianz; Director - Technology Practices, Middle East at Trianz; and Chief Information Officer at Trianz and is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
