Tribalco is seeking a self-starting, mission driven, detail oriented, Part-Time Rescue Technicians to join our team to provide mission critical technical solutions in domestic and international locations. Responsibilities & Desired Skills: Applicants must work well in small teams and in fast-paced development environments. Applicants must be trained or be able to be trained in Rope and Confined Space Rescue as defined in applicable national consensus standards. Rescue Team Members will work under the direction of an Industrial Services Crew Chief. Industrial Services Crew Chiefs will have advanced knowledge and broad experience in confined space stand by rescue, provide team leadership, scheduling, and reporting. All host site rules and regulations must be followed as well as The Occupation Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Rule on Permit Confined Spaces (CFR 1910.146). Team member duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recognition of the signs and symptoms of exposure to potential atmospherics hazards*
The use of appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) *
Delivery of first-aid, CPR and other basic medical skills needed to treat victims
The use of Atmospheric Monitors*
Ability to complete a Permit Confined Space Entry Permit*
Attend any site-specific training as required by the host employer, and
Adhere to Tribalco's Safety and Health Policies (copy will be provided)

About This Position
The Telecom Technician serves as the primary interface for facility system inquiries including tracking and managing inmate inquiries, complaints and responses. This position also repairs or replaces broken telephone sets and provides a weekly update of phone system status, repairs made and any open items.

* Financial and Resource Management: Support a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs.

Position Overview
By Light Professional IT Services is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the RangeOS and Gray Space components of the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) in Hanover, MD.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and organizing technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for RangeOS software and Gray Space environments. This role also includes supporting the maintenance of Range Builder and Gray Space course content to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with evolving system capabilities. You'll work closely with software engineers, system integrators, cyber operators, and instructional designers to deliver high-quality documentation that supports both technical teams and end users.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, SOPs, and configuration guides for RangeOS and Gray Space.
Assist in the maintenance and revision of Range Builder and Gray Space course content, ensuring alignment with current software capabilities and training objectives.
Collaborate with engineering and training teams to gather source material and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Ensure documentation complies with DoD standards, security classification guidelines, and version control practices.
Support the creation of visual aids, diagrams, and flowcharts to enhance understanding of system workflows and configurations.
Participate in Agile development cycles to stay current on system updates and incorporate changes into documentation in real time.
Organize and manage documentation repositories, ensuring accessibility and traceability for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing materials for training events, fielding activities, and accreditation packages.
Required Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoDD 8570.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation development for software systems.
Familiarity with cyber range environments, virtualization, and Linux-based systems.
Experience working with DoD programs, classified environments, or secure networks.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, Adobe Acrobat.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Experience supporting RangeOS, PCTE, or Gray Space environments.
Familiarity with Range Builder or other cyber training content development tools.
Background in cybersecurity, modeling & simulation, or distributed training environments.
Experience with Agile development environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
Knowledge of DoD documentation standards, RMF, and software lifecycle documentation practices.

Salary Range
Based on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $140,000.
