Pay is competitive. Benefits are ok.
Management is a mess, with people promoted based on who's currently in favor. Incompetent people get promoted because of who they sleep with. Lots of tribalism and backstabbing. Business model preys on underprivileged people. Abandon your morals if you want to work here.
CEO is hardly present these days. The leadership team...I guess they have good spelling and good business etiquette.
They need to fire people who clearly do not belong in leadership or management position and who are there because of personal relationships or trading favors. The current environment fosters corruption with people finding ways to skim money, divert funds, get kickbacks, etc. The business model consists of tricking people, overpromising and underdelivering.
Don't believe what they'll tell you about company values and how things work. Go in expecting to be there for a year or two and use it as a stepping stone in your career.
