Reduce the number of useless managers, reinstate old management who kept things running smoothly, eliminate the temp workers and actually pay the skilled welders what the deserve and then they will get more done, as of now it’s 2 lifting pads a day when it used to be 6, let the machine operators program so that someone else at a whole different building can work on getting more orders, don’t waste time with morning meetings where the same information is regurgitated every day: watch your heat imput, snip your wire, use a 300 degree temp stick, keep your aisle clear… And the company needs regular drug testing, an employee had 3 bottles of liquor in his toolbox today
