Position Summary
We are looking for a Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. This person will manage a pipeline of loan files, ensuring a smooth and timely loan transaction experience for our borrowers through the collection and analysis of documents and data. As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process.
Responsibilities
· Review loan file submissions, organize files, and input loan information into the company's loan origination system
· Order and verify third party services (e.g., credit, flood, appraisals, environmental reports, zoning reports)
· Collect and verify documentation related to borrower, asset, entity, and construction
· Ensure loan files are in compliance with program guidelines, investor requirements, and federal and state laws/regulations (e.g., disclosures, notifications)
· Inform loan officer, agent, and borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other file related items
· Obtain documentation to clear conditions prior to funding as required by underwriting
· Submit completed file to underwriting department for approval
· Proactively monitor pipeline to set realistic closing dates, ensure timely funding of loans, and meet expected service levels
· Communicate with external parties to the loan including but not limited to borrower, realtor, title, closing agent, and appraisal management company
· Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements
· Maintain thorough knowledge of the loan origination system and proactively identify and implement work flow improvements within the system
· Organize and maintain daily pipeline huddles with sales, construction, and other stakeholders, as needed
· Prepare reports giving executives visibility into the loan pipeline, daily production activity, cycle times, and loan quality
· Manage and train junior processors and other employees, as required
· Maintain and update the Processing Policy and Procedure Manual
· Ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications
· Deep knowledge of mortgage processing concepts, practices and procedures
· Knowledge of federal and state regulatory guidelines
· Pipeline management experience required
· Knowledge of Encompass preferred
· Strong working knowledge of MS office and Sharepoint
· Knowledge of underwriting and/or loan structuring a plus
· Process improvement experience (e.g., six sigma) a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, conflict management, teamwork and coaching
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently within established timeframes

POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform any one or all of the routine processes (e.g. dissection, layout, cutting, and vialing) in laboratory, setting according to established procedures and guidelines. Produce high quality tissue products in an efficient manner. Ensure sterile processing and handling of tissue at all times. Perform regular inspection and cleaning of lab equipment to ensure equipment is in good, working order. Monitor equipment maintenance schedule to ensure routine and repair service is performed as needed. Perform data entry tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process human tissue in an aseptic processing environment (lab) according to standard operating procedures and work instructions using surgical instruments and machinery
* Perform any one or all of the routine tissue processes (e.g. dissection, layout, cutting, and vialing), as per required specifications, within expected processing times in order to meet production schedules
* Adhere to all policies and practices from the Quality Management System (QMS) based on company standards and regulatory standards for tissue processing
* Document results of each process performed, supplies used, etc. to maintain integrity and traceability of donor
* Enter relevant data from tissue processing record into company specific database
* Monitor, maintain, and clean processing facility and equipment
* Support and contribute new ideas to the continuous tissue processing improvement efforts
* Monitor tissue processing supplies and notify management when supplies are needed; restock supplies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* High School Diploma
* Prefer BA/BS in Biology or Chemistry
* Minimum 6 months - 1 year in biotech, pharma, medical or clean manufacturing
* Prefer knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Tissue Practice (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and AATB regulations
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
* Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analyses.

SUMMARY: The Intake Processor is in charge of the receiving area in the rear of the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store which provides clothing, household goods and furniture to needy individuals and families of the District Council's 11 Conferences and, with proceeds from the sales of the remaining merchandise it receives through donations from the public, it defrays operating expenses and helps fund other programs of the District Council.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:

Open back gates at 10 a.m. and close gates at 5 p.m., locking gates and trash bin
Greet donors and accept their donations, thanking them and giving them a receipt acknowledging their donations
Tag usable items for sale, price them and place them on racks and/or transfer them to the sales floor, this includes hard intake, soft intake, and electronics.
Place soiled and/or unusable clothing in the proper area for discard
Maintain order, neatness, and cleanliness of sales floor
Keep the receiving area as clean and neat as possible
Assist truck personnel in loading/unloading items from the truck
Assist with loading/unloading furniture or other items for customers.
Cover shifts and breaks at the cash register as needed.
Light maintenance, janitorial duties and other office related tasks is assigned.
Perform other duties that are assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager, this may include other job duties such as cashiering or truck driver's duties.
This position works 40 hours. Monday through Saturday, with days determined by the Manager. This position is classified as nonexempt and is entitled to overtime pay by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complies with all applicable training requirements

About your role:
The Title Processor is responsible for processing and filing paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle. This position handles registration paperwork like titles and license plates, filing tax documents, and occasionally sending out bills or contracts for signatures. They will submit all appropriate paperwork for public records and help new owners understand the process of changing the title on a vehicle and what they need to do to finish the process.
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
1-3 years of previous title processing experience is preferred.
Prior DMV experience desired.
Automotive accounting experience is highly preferred.
Must be able to be bonded by Company insurance carrier and maintain bond requirements.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Prepares tax and title documents; prints and processes check for all title work and refund checks for overcharges on title work.
Checks in new titles from auctions & wholesalers, new deal from buyers' orders, and trade titles and create deal paperwork for each purchase.
Processes titles for lease pay-offs, loan pay-offs, and refinances.
Posts checks or cash for the sale of vehicles.
Submits all legal transfer documents to the DMV.
From delivery, complete the title work on each vehicle sold and send it to the prospective county courthouse so the purchaser can obtain a license and title.
Calls financial institutions to obtain vehicle pay-off amounts on vehicles traded in on a sale if there is a lien against that vehicle and pay off promptly.
For vehicles acquired without a clear title, obtains a copy registration and/or signed odometer statement as expediently as possible.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
