Mr. Andrews has over 20 years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur, investor and healthcare business leader. Over the past decade, he has served in executive roles at Digital Reasoning, Shareable Corporation, Availity, LLC, RevPoint Healthcare Technologies, Martin Ventures and Data Advantage. Mr. Andrews began his career as an attorney with Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis and has two undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University, as well as a law degree from The University of Tennessee.

Mr. Saunders has directed multiple teams building enterprise level software platforms for healthcare companies. Most recently he served as the CTO at RevPoint Healthcare Technologies, formally nTelagent, where he saw an opportunity to reinvigorate the business by building a new solution that would be modern in design and technology while offering users a simplified and intuitive approach to point-of-service collections. The company was purchased a little over a year later by Availity where he managed the teams that continued to evolve the product. Similarly, he lead the development team for Core Measures and VBP calculator for a company called Data Advantage which was later purchased by Press Ganey. Josh is a futurist who is driven by the application of innovation through technology.

Mark Bacurin is an experienced finance professional with a passion for entrepreneurism and helping companies succeed. With more than 22 years of experience in public and private equity, he brings his expertise in finance and healthcare IT to Trilliant Health. Most recently, Mark served as CFO for Lincor, Inc., a leading provider of patient engagement technology solutions to healthcare systems across the globe. Prior to Lincor, Mark served as CFO for Shareable Corporation (a mobile clinical documentation company) where he helped guide the company through its sale to Digital Reasoning. Previously he also served as CFO for RevPoint Healthcare Technologies (an innovative provider of revenue cycle technology solutions), which was acquired by Availty. His career also includes working as an equity analyst for Carilliam Capital, Robert W. Baird and J.C. Bradford & Co. In 2004 and 2005, he received the No. 1 ranking in the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” analyst survey. Mark serves/has served on multiple boards, including East End Preparatory, St. Paul Christian Academy, the Martha O’Bryan Center, and The Healing Trust. He graduated summa cum laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.

Matt O'Neill is a Chief Data Officer and SVP Data Science and Engineering at Trilliant Health Inc and is based in Area, Tennessee. He has worked as Director, Software Engineering at Digital Reasoning; Vice President Business Intelligence at Trilliant Health Inc; and Director Business Intelligence at Trilliant Health Inc. Matt attended GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECH between 2016 and 2019, Kelley School of Business between 2003 and 2005, and University of Maryland between 1997 and 2001.
