This position plays a vital role in delivering trauma-informed care by providing therapeutic support, academic assistance, and skill-building interventions in a structured classroom setting. The technician works collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to help clients meet their individualized treatment goals. Key Responsibilities: * Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the direction of the supervisor. * Provide skills training and emotional support to clients within a classroom environment. * Assist with academic instruction and classroom management as needed. * Serve as a positive role model and provide leadership and direction to youth in care. * Maintain consistent supervision and ensure a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment. * Participate in treatment planning, implementation, and progress evaluations. * Consult with clinical team members, agency personnel, and family members regarding client needs and progress. * Accurately document client interactions, behaviors, and progress as required. * Uphold agency standards, policies, and procedures.
