Responsibilities and Expectations for VOH Supervisor The Variable Overhead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the shift operations within a textile yarn manufacturing facility. This role involves supervising personnel, coordinating activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing shift performance to maintain efficient production. * Work Safely and Follow Plant Safety Rules: Adhere strictly to all plant safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Shift Supervision: Direct and supervise all activities on the production floor during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. * Personnel Management: Manage shift personnel, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and addressing any personnel issues. * Production Coordination: Coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
