Pros of working at Trilogy Health Services

The campus I work at for Trilogy has an amazing management team that goes out of their way to try to make their employees happy and feel included.

Cons of working at Trilogy Health Services

Despite having an overall positive outlook on my place of work, the social environment among my colleagues is rather toxic. There is drama almost constantly between people, whether it be in the Life Enrichment dept., Environmental Services, or even the Management team at times, too. It can be socially draining.
