POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, building and equipment of the health campus. * Creates and manages the setup of new residents and resident trust accounts in the accounts receivable system.
* Maintains census records in the Accounts Receivable system for accurate billing.
* Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes in an accurate and timely manner according to the monthly AR calendar.
* Posts payments received appropriately to the correct resident account.
* Monitors and collects accounts receivable.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
* 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
